Emily Swallow

American actor Emily Swallow was born December 18, 1979. Her role on The Mentalist as Kim Fischer and Supernatural as Amara/The Darkness are her most known. She is also known for her character of The Armorer in The Mandalorian, the Star Wars live-action series The Mandalorian. Emily was also an integral part of the game video The Last of Us Part II. Swallow was born on the 18th of December 1979 in Washington, D.C. She lived in Sterling, Virginia and Jacksonville, Florida. She started acting at Stanton College Preparatory School, Jacksonville, while she was a student. Swallow graduated from Stanton College Preparatory School in the city of Jacksonville, in 2001, earning an undergraduate degree in Middle Eastern Studies. She then went on to study for an MFA in Acting at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. In 2008 she made her feature film debut with The Lucky Ones, a military drama. The show was the world premiere of Donald Margulies' play The Country House at Los Angeles' Geffen Playhouse as well as in a duet with Mark Rylance in Louis Jenkins in the play Nice Fish at the Guthrie Theatre,[citation needed] and in John Patrick Shanley's musical Romantic Poetry at Manhattan Theater Club. The play was the winner of the Falstaff Award in 2010 for the best female performer for the part of Kate in The Taming of the Shrew. In 2012, Swallow and Jac Huberman created a stage production titled Jac N Swallow. The show was staged at Joe's Pub as well as the Laurie Beeckman Theater in New York. The show is about the hilarious misadventures of Jac Huberman and her friend Swallow as they face very different issues in their lives to different degrees of difficulty.
