Tracy Spiridakos

Tracy Spiridakos (Canadian actress) is Tracy Spiridakos. She was the Teletoon child's show Majority Rules' Becky Richards. from 2009-2010. She was on the screen from 2009 until in the year 2010. Annika Johnson played Annika in the A&E television show Bates Motel. Spiridakos played Detective Hailey Upton in the television show Bates from A&E. Motel. playing the role of Detective Hailey Upton. Spiridakos was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, to Greek-born parents and restaurant proprietors George and Anastasia Spiridakos She has two brothers. Following her birth, her family relocated to Skala, Greece, south of Sparta. They returned to Canada in 1992. She is very attached to her Greek heritage and speaks fluent Greek. Spiridakos began acting at junior high school. She later attended the Actors Training Centre of Manitoba. She was a graduate of Oak Park High School in Winnipeg in 2000. Spiridakos moved to Winnipeg in 2007. She was able to land her first TV role on Supernatural within weeks. The actress worked on television for another few years and was offered parts on Psych, The L Word, Hellcats and Bionic Woman. Spiridakos starred in the TV film Goblin and also in the web-based series Mortal Kombat: Legacy. She also appeared on Being Human, as Brynn McLean who played the werewolf. In 2009, the actress was awarded her first role as a starring character in Majority Rules! Canada, where she played 15-year old Becky Richards. Her feature film debut was in the year 2011 with Rise of the Planet of the Apes. In Kill for Me, she was in the role of Katie Cassidy and Donal Logue. Spiridakos was the character of Sammi in Rags (2012), the Nickelodeon original movie. The character of Charlotte Matheson who is a survivor living in a dystopian civilisation, was her role in the NBC TV show Revolution. She auditioned for the role during her first pilot season in Los Angeles. Spiridakos produced the pilot in Atlanta and the pilot season in Wilmington. The actress was nominated for the Saturn Award for Best Actress on Television for her role in the initial season, losing out to Fringe's Anna Torv. In the second season, production moved to Austin Texas.
