Rena Sherel SOFER

Rena Sherel Sfer is an American actress from the United States. She is well-known for her roles on American daytime television, as well as guests on shows that are episodic and made-for-television films. In 1995, Sofer received a Daytime Emmy Award for her portrayal of Lois Cerullo in the soap drama General Hospital. Since 2013, she has played Quinn Fuller on the CBS soap opera The Bold and The Beautiful. Sofer was the daughter of Susan Sofer (a psychologist professor) and Martin Sofer (a Conservative rabbi). Her father was the rabbi of Temple Beth El. After having graduated from North Bergen High School she went to Montclair State College. Sofer was the first person to portray Lois Marie Cerullo at General Hospital. In 1993, she worked as managing a band. Her first role on television was as Rocky McKenzie, a daytime soap hosting host. One of her most well-known roles is that of Lois Cerullo, a nurse on General Hospital from December 15 from 1993 until September 24, 1996. Then, she appeared as a guest star on the show (February 7-17, 1997 between September 30th and October 2nd 1997). In 1995, Sofer won a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in the Drama Series for her portrayal of Lois.
