Markie Post

Markie Post was born in Walnut Creek, California. She began her career with television and film productions like "Card Sharks" (1978) or "The New Card Sharks” (1986). Later, she was the producer of projects such as Double Dare (1976). Also, she has appeared on TV programs such as 1st to Die (2003) and E! True Hollywood Story (1996), Electra Woman (2001), and Dyna Girl (2001). Her most famous TV part was "Christine Sullivan" in Night Court (1984). From 1984 to 1992 , she was in 156 episodes. Marylee (Armstrong) Post is her daughter. She was a poet and a well-known nuclear physicist Richard Freeman Post (November 14 1918 until April 7 in 2015). Two daughters were born to her second husband Michael A. Ross: Katie Ross (born June 26 in 1987) and Daisy Ross (born March 30 90, 1990). Born in Palo Alto in California and was raised in Walnut Creek. She was a cheerleader at Las Lomas High School, Walnut Creek, California. Lewis & Clark College in Portland Oregon awarded her a Bachelor of Arts degree. She performed a few trick roping in The Wildest West Show of the Stars (1986). The body was cremated and the ashes returned to her husband Michael A. Ross. She was a lifetime Democrat. Markie Post died three months after her 71st birthday on August 7 2021. She passed away 27 days before fellow Night Court (1984) co-star Charles Robinson, who passed in July 2021. Even though they were entirely different shows Night Court (1984), in which she was a co-star ended in 1992 when Christine Sullivan leaving for Washington DC.
